  • Marketplace and e-commerce tools for buying and selling products

  • AI-powered agents and automation features
  • A digital wallet system using SNP Coins
  • App integrations and developer tools

    • 4. User Content

    4.1 Your Content

    You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

    4.2 Content Standards

    You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

    5. Private Channels and Rooms

  • Channel owners are responsible for the content shared within their channels.
  • Channel owners may set their own rules, provided they do not conflict with these Terms.
  • We are not responsible for content shared in private channels but reserve the right to moderate if violations are reported.
  • Screenshot detection may be active within certain channels as a privacy measure.

    • 6. Marketplace and Commerce

    6.1 Sellers

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
  • Sellers must fulfill orders in a timely manner and comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.
  • We may charge fees or commissions on sales conducted through the Platform.

    • 6.2 Buyers

  • You are responsible for reviewing product details before making a purchase.
  • All sales are between you and the seller. We facilitate the transaction but are not a party to the sale unless otherwise stated.
  • Refund and return policies are set by individual sellers, subject to our platform-wide policies.

    • 6.3 Payments

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe.
  • You agree to the terms of any third-party payment processor used on the Platform.

    • 7. SNP Coins and Digital Wallet

  • SNP Coins are a platform currency used within the Sorry Not Public ecosystem.
  • SNP Coins have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency unless explicitly offered by us.
  • We reserve the right to modify the value, earning mechanisms, or redemption options for SNP Coins at any time.
  • Unused SNP Coins may expire as described in the wallet terms.
  • Fraudulent acquisition or use of SNP Coins will result in account termination.

    • 8. AI Agents and Automation

  • The Platform offers AI-powered agents and automation tools.
  • AI-generated content and responses are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of AI features.
  • You agree not to use AI features for harmful, illegal, or deceptive purposes.

    • 9. Subscriptions and Memberships

  • Certain features may require a paid subscription or membership tier.
  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

  • The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Sorry Not Public and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization
  • Circumvent content filters or security measures
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform

    • 12. Third-Party Services

    The Platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, social media platforms, and communication tools. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

    13. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

    14. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SORRY NOT PUBLIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    15. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorry Not Public, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

    16. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
